Rehabilitation/Renovation of Medium and Low Voltage Distribution Lines, Rehabilitation and Expansion of Available Transformer Capacity, and Implementation of a Management Information System (MIS). Specific lots include realignment of 33KV Feeders, rehabilitation of 11KV Feeders, construction of new 11KV Feeders, and uprating of ISS transformers.

Interested firms must submit their Technical and Commercial Bids in separate envelopes, each clearly marked accordingly, with both enclosed in a larger sealed envelope clearly marked as: 'Bid Submission – [Insert Project Title and Lot Number]'. Bid documents will be issued upon confirmation of payment of the non-refundable tender fee of N250,000.00 per Lot, and submissions shall include proof of such payment. Deadline: Not later than Friday July 10, 2026 at 12:00 noon followed by Technical Bid Opening at BEDC Head Office, 5, Akpakpava Road, Benin City.

Interested firms must demonstrate capacity and experience by submitting the following: Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years, Audited financial statements for the last three (3) years, Reference letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria, Company profile with details of key personnel and equipment, Verifiable evidence of at least three (3) similar contracts executed in the past five (5) years, Statement of eligibility confirming no conflict of interest and compliance with Extant Regulations, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Policy. All documents must be submitted under a covering letter on official company letterhead, showing RC number, contact address, email, phone number, and names/nationalities of directors. The letter must be signed by an authorised officer of the company.
