Full description

Dear Bidder,

The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.

Below is a summary of the work to be performed:

Dear Bidder,

The International Labour Office (ILO) is seeking an individual consultant to provide partnerships and resource mobilization support.

The consultant will support ILO in developing coherent, evidence-based resource mobilization and donor engagement materials for the ILO Regional office for Arab States including a select number of countries such as Syria. The assignment will combine desk review, targeted consultations and Excel-based analysis of programme, results and financial information.

Key outputs will include a concise Syria fact sheet/resource mobilization narrative; two data-driven analytical reports on trends; five donor fiches with funding pitches; two donor outreach brochures and support for one webinar; clear tables/charts/graphs and design-ready visual inputs; a donor-facing PowerPoint; and a brief recommendation for a donor breakfast, round table or similar engagement. Products should communicate results, future priorities, funding opportunities and indicative financing gaps as one coherent Syria-level narrative.

Applicants should demonstrate strong resource mobilization experience, excellent analytical and Excel skills, high-quality English writing and synthesis, and the ability to prepare compelling graphs, visual content and senior-level presentations.

If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform.

Best regards

Ali
