Objective of the AssignmentThe overall objective is to provide comprehensive technical support for the Bansara Irrigation Scheme located in Cross River State. The primary responsibilities of the Consultant will comprise:Phase I – Design Review: Reviewing, updating, and validating the existing detailed engineering designs, hydraulic modelling, structural calculations, technical specifications and cost estimates for the irrigation infrastructure (headworks, canal networks, drainage systems, and access roads and expansion of the scheme).Phase II – Construction Supervision: Acting as the Engineer representative / Supervisor to oversee civil works, ensuring compliance with approved designs, technical specifications, safety standards, quality assurance, timeframes.2.
