The Federal Capital Territory Internal Revenue Service (FCT-IRS) intends to engage a qualified and reputable Information Technology (IT) firm to expand and integrate its existing Human Resources Management System (HRMS) Portal. The engagement is aimed at modernizing the Service’s workforce management infrastructure through the development and deployment of a Digital Staff Nominal Roll Records Management System, a Biometric Attendance Management System, and their seamless integration with the Central HRMS Portal.
