The company must have employed at least 6 staff members (including managers) over the past three years (2024 – 2026). Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and Memorandum of Association. Bank Introductory letter specifying account number not older than three months. Two reference projects completed in Nigeria in the last three years with a minimum combined commission value of NGN 78,392,500 (50,000 EUR). Evidence of Tax payment (TCC) for 2023, 2024 and 2025 with a combined average annual turnover of NGN 31,357,000.00 (20,000 EUR). Technical Experience in Research Commercialisation, Technology Transfer and IP Management, Academia–Industry Collaboration, Institutional Capacity Building, Regional Experience.
