YOBE STATE MINISTRY OF COMMERCE, INDUSTRY, TOURISM AND SOLID MINERALS: INVITATION FOR BID FOR THE EXECUTION OF PROJECTS

The Ministry of Commerce, Industry, Tourism and Solid Minerals, Damaturu, Yobe State, in line with the public procurement Act (2016) hereby wishes to invite reputable interested contractors with requisite expertise and experience to submit their bids for: Lot I: Construction of Motor Park at Buni-Gari, Gujba L.G.A., Yobe State. Lot II: Construction of Livestock Market at Buni-Gari, Gujba L.G.A., Yobe State. Lot III: Construction of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) HUB/ICT Centre and Town Hall at Buni-Gari, Gujba L.G.A., Yobe State.

Document for submission should be accompanied with a forwarding letter duly signed by MD or his equivalent to the office of the Director Planning Research and Statistics, Ministry of Commerce, Industry, Tourism and Solid Minerals. Interested eligible bidders/vendors are to submit two copies of their tender documents in a sealed envelope addressed to the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Commerce Yobe State clearly marked Tender document and deliver not later than 12:00 noon on the 27th July, 2026. A Complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders/vendors upon payment of non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira Only (N100, 000.00). Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the vendors/bidder’s designated representatives at the conference hall of the office of the Director Planning Research and Statistics Ministry of Commerce, Industry, Tourism and Solid Minerals by 12:00 noon on the 27th July, 2026.

Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nig; Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last Three (3) years (2023, 2024 & 2025); Company Audited Accounts for three (3) years (2023, 2024 & 2025); Company’s profile; Evidence of Financial Capability including Bank reference letter indicating willingness to provide credit facility if/when necessary and needed; Evidence of Registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement.
