MINISTRY OF BASIC AND SECONDARY EDUCATION, NIGER STATE: INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR POWER SYSTEM TO 175 SELECTED SCHOOLS IN NIGER STATE.

The Niger State Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education, through the office of the Project Coordinator, Niger AGILE, invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the supply and installation of solar powered system to 175 selected Schools in Niger State.

Bids must be delivered to the address provided on or before Tuesday, August 18th, 2026, 12:00 pm (local time). All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Security from a reputable commercial Bank and the amount of bid security shall be 2.5% of the total bid price. All Bids must be accompanied by a Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and/or Sexual Harassment (SH) Declaration. The bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address provided and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira (N100, 000.00) only. Bidding is open to all Bidders as defined in the World Bank’s 'Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers' Procurement in Investment Projects Financing' September, 2025 ('Procurement Regulations').
