The Management of Federal University Dutse, Jigawa State, Nigeria, in its commitment to infrastructure development, innovation, and improved service delivery, hereby invites reputable investors, developers, financial institutions, and consortiums to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) for partnership under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) arrangement for the development of strategic infrastructure and services within the University. PROJECT OPPORTUNITIES Interested investors may express interest in any of the following projects: 1. Development of Modern Student Hostel AccommodationConstruction and operation of modem hostel facilities to meet the growing accommodation needs of students2. University Commercial and Shopping ComplexDevelopment of a modern commercial centre including retail shops, banking services, restaurants, and business facilities.3. Solar Power and Renewable Energy ProjectsDevelopment of sustainable energy solutions including solar power generation for the University campus4. Research and Innovation CentresEstablishment of research facilities and innovation hubs to support academic and technological development.5.
