NLNG: INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROVISION OF ENERGY TRANSITION AND DECARBONISATION CONSULTANCY SERVICES

NLNG is advancing its Energy Transition agenda to support its 2040 Net Zero aspiration in alignment with Nigeria’s 2060 Net Zero ambition. NLNG hereby invites suitably qualified and experienced companies to express interest in the provision of Energy Transition and Decarbonisation Consultancy Services on a call-off basis. The scope of work shall include the provision of specialized consultancy, technical advisory, analytical, and implementation support services, including all required methodologies, technologies, tools, software, systems, documentation, and related resources necessary for the safe, timely, and efficient execution of the Services to the satisfaction of the Company.

Interested companies are required to respond to this Expression of Interest with the following information/documents for consideration: Company’s Certificate of Incorporation, Complete copy of Form CAC 7, Complete copy of Form CAC 2, Complete copy of Memorandum and Article of Association, Current/relevant Midstream and Downstream Oil & Gas Industry Service Permit (MDOGISP) issued by Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA) for Consultancy – Engineering Services, Evidence of compliance with the Nigerian Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) and Employee Compensation Acts, Health Safety & Environment Policy Statement and Health Safety & Environment Management System, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Policy Statement and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Management System, Company Profile showing Organisational chart, OEM agency/technical partnership/Parent company association, Curriculum Vitae (CV) of the management team, Curriculum Vitae (CV) of key technical personnel within the organisation available for the work, Detailed list of relevant experience with evidence to demonstrate capability and experience in undertaking/completing services related to decarbonisation and energy transition based on all the requirements stated above within the last 5 years in the Oil & Gas industry, Tax Clearance Certificate for three (3) consecutive years, Evidence and documentation supporting compliance with the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development (NOGICD) Act 2010.

Only companies considered to meet NLNG’s pre-qualification requirements shall receive further correspondence from the Company, including receipt of invitations to tender for the Provision of Energy Transition Support Services. Companies responding to this advertisement are required to submit documentation to demonstrate that the entity is a Nigerian-registered company. Submission of certified true copies of CAC Forms 2A & 7A (or their equivalent/replacement), including the company Memorandum and Articles of Association. All companies shall be Nigerian Indigenous Service Companies having 51% and above Nigerian equity in the shareholding and ownership structure. Evidence of registration on the Nigerian Content Development Monitoring Board (NCDMB) NOGIC Joint Qualification System (JQS). The processes and procedures that explain the methodology of how it intends to comply with the requirements of the NOGICD Act 2010 (Nigerian Content Plan) and how to achieve the set target.
