FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF ALLIED HEALTH SCIENCES, ENUGU: INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION AND TENDER FOR YEAR 2026 CAPITAL PROJECT

The Federal University of Allied Health Sciences, Enugu, invites interested and reputable Contractors/Suppliers with relevant experience and track record to submit Technical Bid for the 2026 Capital Project. The scope of work includes Construction Works, Procurement of Goods, and Consultancy Services.

Interested companies are to collect tender documents at the Procurement Unit upon presentation of evidence of payment of non-refundable Tender Fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000,00) per lot. Completed Technical and Financial bids are to be submitted in TWO (2) COPIES EACH (one original and one copy) in separate sealed envelopes marked TECHNICAL and FINANCIAL BID, both sealed in a third envelope marked with the APPROPRIATE PROJECT TITLE AND LOT NUMBER. Submission deadline is Monday 24th August, 2026, at the Office of the Registrar.

Evidence of certificate of Incorporation issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Company’s income tax clearance for the last three (3) years, Pension Clearance Certificate, Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate, Nigerian Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Clearance Certificate, Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers, Sworn affidavit, Letter of authorization as the representative of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Company’s Audited Account for the last three (3) years, Reference letter from a reputable bank, Company’s profile with Curriculum Vitae of key staff, Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years, For Joint Venture/Partnership, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) should be provided.
