National Horticultural Research Institute (NIHORT), Ibadan, a parastatal under the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security, in keeping with its mandate and in compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act, 2007, intends to implement the Institute’s 2026 Constituency Projects.
