YOBE STATE MINISTRY FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND CHIEFTAINCY AFFAIRS: INVITATION TO BID FOR UPGRADING AND REMODELING OF TIKAU EMIRATE PALACE NANGERE L.G.A., YOBE STATE

The Ministry for Local and Chieftaincy Affairs, in line with the State Public Procurement Act (2016) hereby wishes to invite reputable companies/Suppliers with requisite expertise and experience to submit their bids for:-UPGRADING AND REMODELING OF TIKAU EMIRATE PALACE NANGERE L.G.A., YOBE STATE.

Bids must be delivered to Yobe State Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Damaturu on or before 3rd August, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the vendors/bidder’s designated representatives at Yobe State Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy, Damaturu by 12:00 noon on 3rd August, 2026. A Complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders/vendors upon payment of non-refundable fee of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira Only (N150,000.00).

Interested Bidders are required to provide details satisfying the following eligibility criteria:• Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nig;• Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last Three (3) years (2023, 2024 & 2025)• Company Audited Accounts for three (3) years (2023, 2024 & 2025)• Company’s profile;• Evidence of Financial Capability including Bank reference letter indicating willingness to provide credit facility if/when necessary and needed.• Evidence of Registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement.

Interested eligible bidders/vendors may obtain further information from the Director Planning Research and Statistics and collect bidding documents during office hours (0900 to 1500 hours) at Yobe State Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Damaturu.
