NATIONAL FILM & VIDEO CENSORS BOARD: INVITATION TO TENDER AND EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE EXECUTION OF PROJECTS

The National Film and Video Censors Board, an agency of the Federal Ministry of Arts, Culture and Creative Economy, invites interested, reputable, competent consultants, firms, and companies to participate in the 2026 Capital Appropriation implementation. The projects include consultancy, supply, and works such as financial assistance/grants, training/grants, medical/surgical outreach, supply of fertilizers, and installation of solar-powered street lights.

Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document from the Head of Procurement Unit of the Board on evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N10,000.00. Prospective bidders are to submit two (2) hard copies each of the Technical and Financial bids with a soft copy of the financial bid only in MS Excel format (saved on a USB Flash), packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as 'Technical bid' or 'Financial bid'. The sealed envelopes should be addressed to The Executive Director, National Film & Video Censors Board, Plot 1919, Mbora District, Life camp, Abuja, and deposited in the tender box located in the Procurement Unit (Room 201) not later than 12noon, Tuesday, September 8, 2026.

To qualify for consideration, interested companies with experience in similar jobs are required to submit documents including evidence of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), company’s tax clearance certificate for the last three years, current pension compliance certificate, current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) compliance certificate, current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) compliance certificate, registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service providers, sworn affidavit, company audited accounts for the last three years, evidence of financial capability, company’s profile with the curriculum vitae of key staff, verifiable documentary evidence of at least three similar jobs executed in the last five years, and for joint ventures/partnerships, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
