INSTITUTE FOR PEACE AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION (IPCR), ABUJA: INVITATION TO TENDER AND EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR YEAR 2026 CAPITAL, ZONAL INTERVENTION/CONSTITUENCY PROJECTS

The Institute for Peace and Conflict Resolution (IPCR), committed to the peaceful coexistence of Nigerians and entire humanity, supports Government’s efforts at preventing, mitigating and peacefully resolving conflicts. In furtherance of its statutory mandate intends to implement its 2026 Capital Projects under Goods, Works and Services in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act, 2007. Accordingly, the Institute for Peace and Conflict Resolution, IPCR, shall undertake the procurement of the various Goods, Works and Services including Zonal Intervention/Constituency Projects of the Federal Government of Nigeria as approved in the 2026 Appropriation Act.

a) Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form CAC2, and CAC7; b) Evidence of firm’s Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2023, 2024 and 2025); c) Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026; d) Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026; e) Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026; f) Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of the Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31st December, 2026 or valid Certificate issued by Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP); g) For Training Programmes: Evidence of Firms Current Registration with the Centre for Management Development (CMD); h) For Renewable Energy project: Evidence of Firms current Nigerian Electricity Management Service Agency (NEMSA) Certificate; i) Works: List of Plant/Equipment with proof of Ownership/Equipment Lease Agreement Registration Certificate from Equipment
