NIGERIA MARITIME UNIVERSITY, OKERENKOKO, DELTA STATE-INVITATION TO TENDER FOR 2026 TETFUND ANNUAL INTERVENTION FOR CONSTRUCTION AND FURNISHING OF ICT BUILDING
Eligibility requirements
Competent and interested companies who have requisite experience and desire to execute the projects are required to submit the following documents with verifiable evidence for assessment and consideration: i. Certificate of Incorporation and Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including form CAC2 and CAC7, ii. Evidence of Company Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years, valid till 31st December 2026, iii. Evidence of Pension Compliance Certificate (PENCOM) valid till 31st December 2026, iv. Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2026, v. Evidence of Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2026
