PROJECTS: LOT 1 Oshodi Road (from Church Junction to General Filling Station). LOT 2. Branco / Ariyo Street Bid Security: 1% of Bid Price Bidding will be conducted through NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING (NCB) procedures as specified in the Lagos State Procurement guidelines and law.

Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria. Evidence of Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for last three years 2023, 2024 and 2025. Evidence of similar job previously undertaken. Evidence of financial capability (Reference Letter from reputable bank) Evidence of registration as a contractor in the appropriate class with Lagos State Public Procurement Agency & Oshodi-Isolo Local Government. Company profile and organization structure. Sworn affidavit confirming that all documents submitted are AUTHENTIC.
