TENDERS ARE HEREBY INVITED FROM SUITABLY QUALIFIED COMPANIES TO EXECUTE THE CONSTRUCTION OF FEMALE STUDENT HOSTEL AT DENNIS OSADEBAY UNIVERSITY, ASABA, DELTA STATE

Tender application Forms and Documents are to be collected from the Director, Planning, Research and Statistics, Ministry of Higher Education, Prof. Chike Edozien Secretariat Complex, Cluster ‘E’, Asaba, Delta State, upon payment of the prescribed fee. All Tender documents which should be in two copies each, together with the completed Bills of Engineering Measurement and Evaluation (BEME), should be put in a wax-sealed envelope addressed to: The Secretary, Ministerial Tenders Board, Ministry of Higher Education, Asaba. The project title should be clearly marked at the top left-hand corner of the envelope and delivered to the above stated on or before Thursday 24th September, 2026.

Evidence of Registration as a contractor with Delta State Government; Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission; Evidence of Valid Tax Clearance Certificate; Verifiable contact address of Business Office(s) premises, Utilities Bill etc; Evidence of payment of Tender fee of N500,000.00 for the projects mentioned above; Evidence of payment of Processing Fee; Evidence of Professional/Technical Qualifications; Evidence of financial capability; Evidence of previous jobs successfully executed; Evidence of DSIR Card/Registration; Statutory Returns including Audited Accounts for last 3 years; Evidence of Equipment and relevant Infrastructure to execute particular procurement; Evidence of Sworn Court Affidavit on information by the Company/Bidders is true and correct.
