MINISTRY OF HIGHER EDUCATION, DELTA STATE: INVITATION TO TENDER FOR CONSTRUCTION WORKS

Tenders are hereby invited from suitable qualified companies to the CONSTRUCTION OF THE FOLLOWING PROJECT1, CONSTRUCTION OF TWO PERSONS MALE STUDENT HOSTEL AT DELTA STATE POLYTECHNIC OTEFE-OGHARA.2, CONSTRUCTION OF TWO PERSONS MALE HOSTEL AT DELTA STATE POLYTECHNIC OGWASHI-UKU.

Tender application Form and Document are to be collected from the Director, Planning, Research and Statistics, Ministry of Higher Education, Prof. Chike Edozien Secretariat Complex Cluster E, Asaba, Delta State, upon payment of the prescribed fee as contained in 3 (v & vi) below:

Tenders must be accompanied by the followingi) Evidence of registration as a contractor with Delta State Government;ii) Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission;iii) Evidence of Valid Tax Clearance Certificate;iv) Verifiable contract address of business office (s) premises, Utilities Bill etc,v) Evidence of payment of Tender fee of N500,000.00 for the projects mentioned above.vi) Evidence of payment of Processing Fee.vii) Evidence of Professional/ Technical Qualification;viii) Evidence of Financial Capabilityix) Evidence previous jobs successfully executed:x) Evidence of DSIR card/Registration:xi) Statutory Returns including Audited for last 3 yearsxii) Evidence of equipment of relevant infrastructure to execute particular procurementxiii) Evidence of sworn court affidavit on information by the company/Bidders is true and correct
