RENAISSANCE AFRICA ENERGY COMPANY: INVITATION TO TENDER FOR JACK UP RIG & ASSOCIATED ANCILLARY SERVICES FOR DRILLING AND WORKOVER OPERATIONS

Renaissance Africa Energy Company Limited hereby announces to interested and prequalified companies an upcoming tendering opportunity for Shallow Water Rig services for Renaissance operations. The proposed contracts are planned to commence in Q1 2027. The scope of work requires the Provision of four (4) Shallow water Jack up Rigs to support drilling and workover operations as follows: Module 1 – Provision of One 10K/ 2000HP Jack Up Rig (Offline casing racking capability), fully upgradeable and 15K/ 3000HP-ready for Drilling and Workover Operations. Module 2 – Provision of One 10K/ 2000HP Jack Up Rig for Drilling Operations. Module 3 – Provision of One 10K/ 2000HP Jack Up Rig for Drilling and Workover Operations. Module 4 – Provision of One 10K/ 2000HP Light Jack Up Rig for Workover Operations. The rigs are expected to have the following minimum technical specifications: Drilling, completion, and well testing capability. Minimum ~350 ft leg length below hull. Operating water depth: 18-200 ft. 14 – 18 ft transit draft. Proven experience in conductor-supported platform installation.
