GIZ Nigeria & ECOWAS requires services of qualified service providers (companies) that are willing and able to provide efficient and cost-effective Multi-function Printer (MFP) Maintenance Services.

Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and Memorandum of Association. Evidence of Tax payment (TCC) for 2023, 2024 and 2025 or more recent with a combined average annual turnover of NGN 20,000,000.00. Comprehensive Company Profile, including average number of employees in the past three years. Technical Experience in maintenance and servicing of Heavy-Duty Printer (particularly MFP equipment). Bank Introductory letter specifying account number not later than three months. Five references of previous similar projects in maintenance of Heavy-Duty Printer (Particularly MFP equipment) services with international organisation in the development sector with a minimum of NGN 30,000,000.00 combined.
