STAR DEEP WATER PETROLEUM LIMITED: INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROVISION OF SUBSEA INTERVENTION VESSEL IN SUPPORT OF DEEPWATER OPERATIONS ON A CALL OUT BASIS

Star Deep Water Petroleum Limited (SDWPL), a Chevron company and operator of the Agbami field on behalf of its partners (NNPC Limited, FAMFA Oil Limited, Meren Nigeria S2 Limited, Chappal Energy Offshore Limited, and Texaco Nigeria Outershelf Limited) invites interested and prequalified companies to this tender opportunity for the provision of Subsea Intervention Vessel on a call-out basis. The proposed contract commencement is Q3 2027, with a proposed term of five (5) years with two (2) years option to extend. The scope of work includes the Supply of Subsea Intervention Vessel with DP2 system, certified to an appropriate classification society, with capabilities for provision of equipment, underwater intervention and engineering services, operational support to Agbami FPSO, provision of Work Class ROVs, and various subsea integrity management and engineering services.

To be eligible for this tender exercise, interested bidders are required to be pre-qualified and 'live' in the 3.05.09 (Diving/ROV/Submersible Operations); 3.05.10 (Subsea Construction Services) and 3.08.01 (Tugs/ROV Support / Diving Support Vessel) categories in NipeX Joint Qualification System (NJQS) database in categories A, B, C, D and U.

All successfully pre-qualified and 'live' bidders in the specified NJQS categories are eligible to participate in this tender.
