MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, ILORIN, KWARA STATE: INVITATION TO TENDER FOR STORMWATER MANAGEMENT AND LAND RECLAMATION IN ERUDA, ILORIN WEST LGA, KWARA STATE

The Kwara State Ministry of Environment, through the State Project Management Unit (SPMU) of ACReSAL now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the activity. The Stormwater Management Works involve the construction of concrete channels, including culverts, covering a length of 7.1km and bioremediation. The construction is expected to be completed in 540 days. Margin of Preference shall not be allowed.

The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (NGN 150,000.00) only in form of Bank Draft or direct bank transfer into the account below and evidence of transfer submitted with the application. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 13th August 2026 by 12:00 Noon. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of NGN 395,000,000.00 in the form specified in the bidding document.
