ONDO STATE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION, SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY, ALAGBAKA, AKURE: INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE 2026 CAPITAL PROJECT

Ondo State Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has been given approval by the Ondo State Government to commence implementation of year 2026 capital project of the Ministry. In view of this, the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology hereby invites registered, experienced and reputable contractors to the underlisted jobs;

All tender documents(Financial and Technical Bids) – 1 original and 2 photocopies should be submitted in a sealed envelope with LOT number clearly indicated on top right-hand corner and must be delivered by hand on or before 10am on 6th July, 2026. Addressed to; The Permanent Secretary, Ministerial Tender’s Board, Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Alagbaka, Akure.

i. Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) ii. Evidence of current Registration with Ondo-State Bureau of Public Procurement for the year 2026. iii. Evidence of current 3yrs FIRS Tax-clearance Certificates (2023, 2024 & 2025) with Tax expiry date of 31st December, 2025 for limited liability companies. iv. Copy of Personal Income Tax-Clearance Certificates (Of two Directors in case of Limited Liability Companies or Proprietor(s) Partners in case of Enterprises) covering 2023, 2024& 2025 and with expiring date of 31st December, 2025. v. Evidence of payment of 3years Development Levies 2024, 2025& 2026) for both company and Directors/proprietor. vi. Evidence of current Registration of Business premises with Ondo-State Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Cooperatives Services. vii. Evidence of Financial Capability and Banking support. viii. Experience/Technical Qualification of key personnel with evidence of professional registration with appropriate professional bodies. ix. Evidence of similar projects executed or ongoing x. Letter of assent to allow for verification of all documents submitted. xi. Original receipt of payment of Non-refundable tender fees as instructed by the Project Monitoring Unit, Ministry of Education, Science and Technology. xii. Bidder may bid for one or more lots as bids will be evaluated on lot by lot basis
