The Modibbo Adama University Teaching Hospital (MAUTH), Yola in her mandate to provide qualitative, effective, efficient, patient-focused and affordable healthcare services to patient/clients including Research and Training of Medical Personnel in Adamawa State and its environs as a Tertiary Healthcare Institution in the North-East Zone intends to use her budgetary allocation for the procurement of goods, works and services towards achieving her mandate as appropriated by the Federal Government in the 2026 Capital Budget.

a. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Including Forms CAC2 and CAC7; b. Evidence of Company Income’s Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years valid till 31st December, 2026; with minimum average turnover of At least 50% of the estimated project cost, OR evidence of available credit facility from a reputable bank of at least 100% of the estimated cost of the Project; c. Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026; d. Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026; e. Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026;
