MOAMOG HCDT, OML 98, in furtherance of its mandate under the Petroleum Industry Act (PIA) 2021 and in collaboration with its Settlor, invites suitably qualified, competent and experienced contractors to submit Technical and Commercial Bids for the approved capital projects below in Ethiope West and Sapele LGAs of Delta State.

Bidders shall submit: CAC incorporation documents; company profile/contact details; qualifications/experience of key personnel; evidence of similar projects executed in the last 3 years; audited accounts for 20232025; applicable bank guarantee; valid Tax Clearance Certificate up to 2025; local content evidence; HSE policy/personnel and project-specific method statement; proposed work programme and bid validity; and evidence of MOAMOG HCDT registration, where applicable.
