KWARA SAPZ PROJECT/ISLAMIC DEVELOPMENT BANK: INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE EXECUTION OF PROJECTS

The Kwara State Government through the Kwara-SAPZ invites sealed bids for: a. LOT 1: Construction of Road Works and Buildings Infrastructure in Agricultural Transformation Centre Baruten, Baruten Local Government Kwara State. b. LOT 2: Procurement of Irrigation Infrastructure and Rehabilitation of Dam at Baruten Local Government Kwara State. c. LOT 3: Procurement of Marketing Storage and Post-Harvest Facilities at Baruten Local Government Kwara State. The scope of works includes various construction and infrastructure projects detailed in the notice.

Interested bidders must purchase a complete set of bidding documents in English by submitting a written application to the provided address and paying a nonrefundable fee of N450,000.00 to Zenith Bank PLC, Account No.: 1229056331, Name: Kwara State SAPZ Government Counterpart Fund Account. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of N100,000,000.00 for LOT 1, N35,000,000.00 for LOT 2, and N50,000,000.00 for LOT 3, and submitted physically or by courier by 12:00 Noon (local time) on 1st September 2026. Electronic bidding is not permitted.

Bidding is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the IsDB’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and related services under Islamic Development Bank Project Financing (April 2019, revised in February 2023). Refer to paragraphs 1.9.1-1.9.4 of the Procurement Guidelines for IsDB’s policy on conflict of interest.
