The scope of work Involves providing efficient mechanized cleaning of roads, streets, parking areas, and other paved surfaces to maintain cleanliness, reduce dust, and improve environmental hygiene.

All documents for submission must be transmitted with a covering letter on the company’s letter headed paper bearing all necessary details; Letter of consent to allow verification of documents submitted. Evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee of N50,000.00 only.

Certificate of incorporation/registration with cooperate affairs commission (CAC), Evidence of registration with Edo State Public Procurement Agency, Evidence of payment of tax by the company for the immediate past 3years (i.e. 2023, 2024, 2025), Company’s audited financial account (indicating turnover) and funding information over the past 3 years endorsed by a firm of chartered accountants. (i.e. 2023, 2024, 2025), Company profile which should include: Names of current directors as registered with CAC, Names, qualification and experience of key personnel and copies of their professional certificates, Evidence of previous/similar work done in the past three (3) years showing the following: Letter of award of the previous work done, Completion certificate obtained from previous work done, Asworn affidavit indicating that: None of the Directors of the Company has been convicted in any court for any criminal offence including fraud and financial impropriety, The Company is not in receivership, insolvent or bankrupt, No officer of Edo State Waste Management Board is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the company, Bank Reference.
