DELTA STATE MINISTRY OF HEALTH: INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE RENOVATION/ REHABILITATION OF 41 HEALTH FACILITIES IN THE STATE

The Delta State Ministry of Health, Asaba wishes to invite competent and reputable contractors to tender for the RENOVATION/ REHABILITATION OF 41 HEALTH FACILITIES IN THE STATE.

All intending bidders are expected to submit their tender documents in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Chairman, Ministerial Tenders Board, Ministry of Health, Ground Floor, Cluster E, Prof. Chike Edozien Secretariat, Mariam Babangida Way, Off Okpanam Road, Asaba. Submission of tenders closes on or before 4pm on Tuesday the 12th of August, 2026. Blank Bills for the tender/ bid quotation are to be collected from the Director, Planning Research & Statistics, Ministry of Health, Asaba, Delta State.

a. Tenders’ fee; b. Company registration with Corporate Affairs Commission; c. Corporate Affairs Commission 'Particulars of Directors' or 'Partners' as applicable; d. Professional and technical qualification to carry out particular procurement; e. Financial capability; f. Equipment and other relevant infrastructure to execute particular procurement; g. Obtain an 'affidavit of non-conflict of interest and truth of statements' from the Delta State High Court as provided by the Delta State Public Procurement Law, 2020; h. Registration with Contractors Registration Board; i. Tax clearance certificate for the past three (3) years; j. Evidence of previous jobs successfully executed in last five (5) years; k. Evidence of DSIR.
