YOBE STATE ENVIRONMENTAL AND CLIMATE CHANGE ACTION PROJECT: INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE

The Yobe State Environmental and Climate Action Project invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the supply, installation, customization, training, and commissioning of comprehensive Financial Management Accounting Software to support effective financial planning, budgeting, accounting, reporting, asset management, procurement tracking, and project financial monitoring.

The Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NGN30,000. All payments must be made into the following account:

Bidding will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding (National), OCB-National procedures as specified in the Bank’s Procurement Framework (October 2015) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Framework.
