Nigerian Public Entity: NIGERIAN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY CORPORATION (NIGERIA) LIMITED-CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE ENGAGEMENT OF EXTERNAL AUDITOR

The Nigerian Electricity Supply Corporation (Nigeria) Limited (NNL) hereby invites reputable and qualified Audit Firms to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Provision of External Audit Services.

Interested firms should submit their Expression of Interest and all supporting documents electronically in PDF format to: info@nesconigeria.com. The subject line of the email should read: "EOI – Engagement of External Auditor".

Interested firms are required to demonstrate their qualifications and capacity by submitting the following mandatory documents: 1. Certificate of Incorporation/Registration issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). 2. Company Profile detailing the firm’s experience, organizational structure, key personnel and relevant audit assignments. 3. Evidence of Current Practicing License issued by either the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) or the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN). 4. Copy of Valid Tax Clearance Certificates for the last three (3) years (2023, 2024 & 2025). 5. Evidence of Registration with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN) for both the Audit Firm and the proposed Engagement Partner. 6. Evidence of Professional Indemnity Insurance Cover. 7. Signed Independence Declaration confirming that the firm and its personnel are independence and free from any conflict of interest that may impair the objective of the audit engagement.
