FINDEF invites interested and qualified vendors to submit quotations for the provision of reliable and cost-effective vehicle rental services to support our programme activities across the Northwest region. This pre-qualification exercise aims to identify and engage competent vendors who can provide safe, well-maintained vehicles and professional drivers to support our field operations.

Eligibility requirements
All interested vendors must meet the following mandatory requirements: Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), including Articles of Association (Forms CAC2 and CAC7). Valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years, valid till 31st December 2025. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least two (2) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years, including Letters of Award and Job Completion Certificates.
