EBONYI STATE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND NATURAL RESOURCES: REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF FARM CONNECTING ROAD WITH HYDRAULIC STRUCTURES AND SECURITY SOLAR LIGHT

Construction of Farm Connecting Road with Hydraulic Structures and Security Solar Light at Ezzangbo in Ohaukwu Local Government Area of Ebonyi State. The work period is one year and six months (18 months).

Bids must be delivered to the address provided on or before Friday, 24th July, 2026- 12:00 pm (local time). Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. A complete set of the bidding documents may be purchased upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Thousand Naira (N200,000.00) via bank draft in favour of Ebonyi State L-PRES Project, Zenith Bank PLC, Acc. Number: 1229140232. Proof of payment must be presented. Documents could also be sent by courier after paying an additional fee to cover the delivery cost. All bids must be accompanied by a 'Bid Security' of NGN 125,000,000.00 and a Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and/or Sexual Harassment (SH) Declaration.

Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers. Bidders must meet the financial capacity/cash flow requirement of NGN 8,925,750,000.00 and average annual construction turnover of NGN 8,680,750,200.00. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership.
