Construction of Livestock Development and Training Institute having a site preparation and earth work, construction of administrative block, Feed mill Storage Facility, Cattle and Goat shed, Poultry Pen, Cafeteria, Perimeter Fence, Security House, and Mosque with External Civil Work. Strict undertaking of Social and Environmental Safeguard measures.

Bidding document in English Language may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira (NGN100,000.00) only. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00noon on Thursday 20th August, 2026. Electronic Bidding will NOT be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on Thursday 20th August, 2026 by 12:00noon. All Bids must be accompanied by a 'Bid-Security' in the amounts indicated in the above table.

Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement Method using Request for Bids (RFB) document as specified in the World Bank’s 'Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers-Procurement in Investment Projects Financing' November, 2020- Fourth Edition 'Procurement Regulations', and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Specific requirements include: Financial Capability (NGN 536,365,796.65), Average Annual Construction Turnover (NGN 5,470,931,125.79), and 2 Contracts each of NGN 2,574,555,823.90 within the last five years.
