ONDO STATE MINISTRY OF WOMEN AFFAIRS AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT: REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR PROCUREMENT OF 650 NOS. OF TABLETS, POWER BANK, POUCH & SCREEN GUARD FOR WARD FACILITATORS

The Ondo State Government has allocated a part of the credit for Implementing the Procurement of 650 Nos. of Tablets, Power Bank, Pouch & Screen guard for Ward Facilitators. The Nigeria for Women Project Scale-up (NFWP-SU) office, through the Ondo State Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development, Igbatoro Road, Akure now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the supply of the items listed.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12.00 noon (local time), 12th Aug., 2026. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at 1.00 pm (local time), on 12th Aug., 2026. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of the amount in Nigerian Naira stated in the Table under paragraph 2 as above of this Specific Procurement Notice.

Qualification’s requirements include: a. Documentary Evidence of two contracts of similar nature and magnitude during the last five (5) years b. Financial capability of the Bidder in terms of Profitability and adequate working capital to supply above items before payment. c. Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents.
