KOGI STATE ADOLESCENT GIRLS INITIATIVE FOR LEARNING AND EMPOWERMENT: REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR PROCUREMENT OF VOCATIONAL KITS FOR SECONDARY SCHOOLS GIRLS IN KOGI STATE

Procurement of vocational kits for secondary school girls in Kogi State under the Adolescent Girls Initiative for Learning and Empowerment (AGILE) Project. The kits include industrial sewing machines, tailoring tool kits, electric baking ovens, baking utensil sets, hair styling equipment sets, shoe sewing machines, shoe tool kits, barbing equipment sets, laptop computers, and materials for mass literacy centers.

Bidding document may be purchased by interested Bidders upon submission of a written application to the address above and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira (N100,000.00) Only. The method of payment will be Bank draft. The document will be sent by physical presence. Bids must be delivered to the address on or before 12:00 Noon 2nd September, 2026. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address on 2nd September, 2026 at 12:00 Noon. All Bids must be accompanied by a 'Bid-Securing Declaration.'

Open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the World Bank’s 'Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers' dated July 2023 ('Procurement Regulations').
