INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TROPICAL AGRICULTURE (IITA): REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (REOI) – PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICE

IITA is seeking a qualified and experienced organization to identify, map, analyze, and assess existing and potential agribusiness parks and related enterprise support infrastructure across selected states in Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), with a view to determining their availability, functionality, suitability, investment requirements, and potential to support youth-focused agribusiness development under the I-Youth 2.0 program. The assignment will establish a comprehensive geo-referenced inventory of relevant public, private, and institutional facilities that could support agribusiness training, incubation, production, processing, aggregation, storage, technology demonstration, enterprise development, and market linkage activities.

Interested service providers must submit relevant information demonstrating their qualifications and capacity to undertake the services. The following documents are mandatory for consideration: • A cover letter expressing interest in the assignment. • Company Profile: Comprehensive company profile to include contact information (company name, physical and postal addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses), staff capabilities, CVs of proposed key personnel and evidence of relevant professional registration/certification where applicable. • Relevant Experience: Provide verifiable evidence of at least three similar assignments, including scope, client, location, period, and client references/contact details, if available • Certificate of incorporation/registration with the relevant corporate regulatory body, e.g., Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and relevant licenses/certifications. • Audited Financial statements for the last three years (2023, 2024 and 2025) • Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years (2023, 2024, and 2025). • Reference letters from a minimum of three (3) reputable organizations.
