Full description
WaterAid Nigeria is conducting a review of its current Country Strategy and the Programme Plans through which it is implemented. The review is pitched at a strategic level. It is not an in-depth assessment of programme performance, but a structured, participatory reflection on what has and has not worked. The review will examine the relevance of the current strategy, its effectiveness against programme outcomes, WaterAid’s added value and synergy within the WASH and related sectors, and the resources available to deliver the programmes. Its findings will inform the next Country Strategy (2028-2032), the FY27-28 annual plan, and the Mid-Term Review of WaterAid’s Global Strategy 2022-2032.
