Submissions via the wrong email addresses will be outrightly disqualified. Vendors are required to sign and stamp each page of the RFQ document before submission to confirm acceptance of the terms and conditions. Bidders must clearly state the exact model number of each item offered in their bid. Bidders are required to attach actual photographs of the items they propose to supply. All rates must be inclusive of all applicable taxes.
