U. S. EMBASSY, ABUJA: REQUEST FOR QUOTES FOR PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)

The U. S. EMBASSY IN ABUJA is seeking a vendor to provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Laboratory Consumables as detailed in the notice.

Email all responses to this solicitation to AbujaProcurement@state.gov including the solicitation number (PR16198495) in the subject line. Include your performance schedule, specifications, samples, pictures, or complete drawings (where applicable) with your proposal. Virtual Sample should be provided along with the quotation. Contractors must provide proof of active registration in Sam.gov, a Unique Entity ID (UEI) code, and evidence of compliance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). Must be provided along with the quotation. Contractors must complete and return a signed certification of compliance with applicable U.S. Federal Anti-Discrimination Laws. (Form attached). Vendors must clearly state delivery terms, including how long it will take to deliver. Vendors must state it BOLDLY if offering alternatives.
