BEDC Electricity Plc requests proposals for the deployment of the following: Lot 1: Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Solution: The Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Solution is to support its digital transformation agenda, strengthen commercial efficiency, improve operational intelligence, and accelerate smart grid modernization. Lot 2: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems: The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is for the Company’s process automation and integration of the core business functions, including HR, Finance, Procurement, Asset, and Inventory Management, etc. DELIVERY LOCATION: Head Office.

Interested firms must demonstrate capacity and experience by submitting the following: a) Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) (Forms CAC 1.1 or CAC 2 & 7); b) Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years, ending 31 December 2025; c) Audited financial statements for the last three (3) years (2023, 2024, 2025); d) Reference letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria; e) Company profile with details of key personnel and equipment;
