QATAR CHARITY: RFQ NOTICE FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF INDUSTRIAL CARPET CLEANER AND HIGH PRESURE CAR WASH MACHINE

Bidders are expected to offer their best rates to ensure value for money. Qatar Charity has zero tolerance for corruption. Bidders must clearly state the exact model number of each item offered in their bid. Bidders are required to attach actual photographs of the items they propose to supply. All rates must be inclusive of all applicable taxes. Qatar charity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all, partially or fully; the bids at any time without giving any reason whatsoever.

Deadline for submission of Quotation is 12/10/2026. All bidding documents should be submitted to mgabubakar@qcharity.org copying qcnigeria@qcharity.org. Submissions via the wrong email addresses will be outrightly disqualified. Vendors are required to sign and stamp each page of the RFQ document before submission to confirm acceptance of the terms and conditions. Bidders are required to submit, alongside their bid, soft copies of the following documents: CAC Certificate of Registration, Updated Tax Clearance Certificate, Bank Reference Letter (Addressed to Qatar Charity Nigeria Office), Signatories Confirmation Letter (on the Company’s Letterhead), Valid IDs of the Signatories.
