The U. S. CONSULATE GENERAL LAGOS Nigeria is seeking for a qualified organization to manage and facilitate a series of events at all spaces located in Abeokuta, Awka, Benin City, Calabar, Enugu, Ibadan, Lagos, Osogbo, and Port Harcourt for a 12-month period. Qualified organizations are required to send their quotes for consideration.

All responses and quotes on this RFQ MUST be a direct reply to this email, Lagosprocurement@state.gov and should have the same subject line. Vendors must state delivery terms. Deadline for offer submission is August 21, 2026. 16:00hrs.
Eligibility requirements
Due to the new requirement of Government for offerors to comply with National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), in consonance with FAR 52.204-24, FAR 52.204-25 and FAR 52.204-26, all vendors are required to fill the attached NDAA form. The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability, and past performance.
