The U. S. CONSULATE GENERAL LAGOS Nigeria is seeking for a qualified organization to design and deliver a 12-month LOGISTICAL SUPPORT FOR FREDOM250 U.S-NIGERIA’S CREATIVE ECONOMY IN FOCUS across different creative events. The qualified organization are required to send their quotes for the service for consideration.
How to apply
All responses and quotes on this RFQ MUST be sent to Lagosprocurement@state.gov and should have the same subject line. Vendors must state delivery terms. Deadline for offer submission is September 25, 2026. 16:00hrs. Payment term is Net 30. You are required to submit two quotations – ONE Technical quote and the other Price quote – both in one email. LATE BID WILL NOT BE HONORED and Unsuccessful offerors may not be contacted. Oral quotations will not be accepted.
Eligibility requirements
All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are highly encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
